FNB DECEASE DEPARTEMENT - FIDUCIARY After my last attempt in getting documents from FNB after 4 months, I still didn't receive all the documents as requested. I don't know why FNB is just not responding on emails. I've received 2 documents after 4 months period. NOW i am again waiting for the following documents: Certificates of Balance AS AT DATE OF CLOSURE OF EACH ACCOUNT. I have escalated this email however still no feedback on this specific email. This is really so unprofessional FNB, losing a loved one and then need to struggle like this with you, this is unacceptable. PLEASE FNB, WE URGENTLY NEED THE DOCUMENT AS GIVEN IN THIS MESSAGE AND IN OUR EMAILS SENT TO THE FIDUCIARY!!!!!!!

ASBA please, we have been sending escalation emails for how long. We have received the proof of payments. BUT WE URGENTLY NEED THE DOCUMENTS AS REQUESTED ALREADY IN MARCH 2024. Why are you not sending the documentations as requested in our emails? We need to finalize our fathers L & D account but still we are struggling to get the correct documents. FNB DECEASE DEPARTEMENT
Never ever open an account with FNB because when your loved one pass away you will NEVER get feedback for freezing accounts, asking certificates of balances or transfer of funds. I send an email in March, up until now 10 of July 2024 still now feedback. Made calls every day, been sending follow up emails and NO ONE IS RESPONDING!!!!!!!!!!! The worst bank ever!!!!!!!
