Inquiry. You people do not answer your phones. Been calling since day 1. But no 1 answers

Good day My name Portia Nkosi. I made a mistake of not pressing quickpay and not putting in the correct reference nd used my id number instead. I would love to be assisted in knowing what is gonna happen because the payment is due today. I sent the payment of amount R42 431,75 yesterday. The error i did was to go to recent history payment of that R5000 bidding payment and just pressed send. I should have pressed new payment which was going to give me options for instant payments. I thought the way i send the R5000 will be the same way since i used instant on that R5000. It is totally my fault but the money has been sent. I contacted my bank. They say the money is out.
