I engaged Landscaping Cape Town CC - Matt Gregan for a substantial landscaping project at my home, with an investment of R238,000, anticipating a high standard of professional service. Unfortunately, the project has been fraught with issues, leading to a highly unsatisfactory outcome. The CrossFit training area was improperly constructed with substandard materials, resulting in structural failure upon its first use. Remedial efforts were inadequate, failing to address critical drainage issues caused by improperly poured concrete. Additionally, the grass that was contracted to be laid in the front yard was never delivered or installed, leaving a significant portion of the project incomplete. The paving work not only exhibited extensive cracking but was also installed unevenly, which compromises both aesthetics and safety. This installation has been assessed by a professional who confirmed that it needs complete redoing. The seating area and walls, which were supposed to be protected with a special coating, remain untreated and have suffered weather-related damage. Furthermore, the documentation and submission of plans for a pool installation, as per our agreement, were never executed. The culmination of these issues not only represents a failure to deliver the agreed-upon services but also a significant financial loss and inconvenience on my part. The company’s response to these concerns has been to advise legal recourse, demonstrating a lack of professional accountability. I find myself compelled to advise potential clients to reconsider engaging with Landscaping Cape Town cc, given the severe shortcomings experienced in their handling of my project.

I hired Landscaping Cape Town cc for a big landscaping job at my house, expecting top-notch work after putting down R238,000. Unfortunately, it's been a complete mess. I paid the full amount, but they haven't finished the job and what they have done is really subpar. Here’s what went wrong: **CrossFit Training Area Mess:** They were supposed to build a CrossFit area, but it wasn’t done right. The floor gave way the first time I used it because they used the wrong materials under the flooring. When they tried to fix it, they messed up the concrete, leaving it with no proper drainage, and just left it like that. **No Grass in Sight:** They never delivered or installed the grass for the front of my house, so it looks unfinished and quite bare. **Cracking Paving:** The paving is cracking all over and it's installed all *****ed. It looks awful and it's actually unsafe. A paving expert told me it needs to be completely redone because it’s just not right. **Seating Area and Walls Left Unprotected:** They didn’t apply the protective coating they were supposed to on the seating area and walls, so now there’s weather damage. **Pool Plans Forgotten:** They were supposed to add the pool to the plans and have them submitted by a draftsman, but that never happened. **More Problems:** The electrician they brought in was so bad I had to hire someone else to finish the job. And there were so many issues with the pool installation, I ended up paying for another expert to fix their mistakes. The owner of Landscaping Cape Town cc won’t deal with any of this and basically told me to sue them if I’m not happy. Really unprofessional. If you're thinking about using Landscaping Cape Town cc, I'd think twice. They've let me down big time, and I still have an unfinished project even though I've paid in full.
