I did my service at Isuzu westvaal Menlyn last year October 2024, I was assisted by Adhir Hiralal, he notified me that a spare wheel will be ordered for my car and I will receive communication to collect it from the dealership. I called multiple times to follow up, he would tell me that he has checked with the parts department and it had not been delivered or sometimes no feedback at all. I did my service at Westvaal again this year in September, I was assisted by Rozanne (excuse the spelling) and she notified me that the spare wheel was never ordered, she placed order for me and I received the call to collect a few days later. ADHIR HIRALAL simply does not respect his clients, he chose to lie and avoid me instead of simply placing an order. An entire year went by without him fulfilling his duties.. 0/10 for ADHIR
The only reason I am rating BetterSure with 5 stars is because of the assistance I received from Nimrod Ndziyane. For the past 5 months I have been struggling to make a simple change to my policy, I was sent from pillar to post, I submitted numerous documents as requested with no resolution, just so this change can be effected. Today 22-05-2024, I decided that I would contact BetterSure for the last time to make this change and if this was not done I was going to cancel my policy. Thankfully Nimrod answered my call and assisted me with no hassle. Thanks to his amazing customer service, due diligence, emotional intelligence, professionalism and the evident pride that he has in his work, my issue was sorted out and I was sent updated policy documents to confirm this, while he held the line. This also makes me wonder if the staff in the organization have all been adequately trained to understand their ways of work, becuase if they were, I would have received the same level of efficiency and professionalism from other BetterSure consultants. A BIG thank you to Nimrod, I hope the relevant people will see this and give him his flowers, a customer was retained because of him.
