I share this only to possibly help anyone else from having the same experience I did. I accept that people make mistakes, and that issues pop up. But they way Online Furniture Warehouse dealt with me as a customer was horrible. I was **** to, I was ignored after they stored my phone number (I know this because when I used a different number they would suddenly answer, and then store and ignore that number too), I was promised my refund had been paid in to my account, along with damages, which was a lie, I was told my order was on the way only to find when I investigated with the courier that it had been cancelled. I emailed, Whatsapp'd, SMS'd, tried phoning the business numbers. It took well over a month and finally opening a case of theft against them to finally get paid. In that time I lost many weeks of business, lost potential customers I may never get back, spent weeks chasing, following up, wasting my time to visit the police station to open a case of theft (perhaps not a waste, because I was paid almost immediately after). I never got paid the damages I was promised, so all in all lost almost 6 weeks of business, a lot of money, time and stress because of this company. Be warned!
