for over 6 months I cannot login to my billing portal on the email link sent to me, account is locked. NOBODY can unlock it. As a result, I have been unable to view the staff's cellphone bills to identify abuse nor am I able to bill clients for the calls made to them. Even the BSSP is not working. My complaints fall on deaf ears, and MTN close the tickets without resolving. I will try complain to ICASA as well.
Allister and Kim from unit trust division are ****s. Promise to call back but dont. I am trying to access my unit turst userbame but these 2 clowns think its funny not to call back with further information. Action needs to be taken against these 2. I have call recordings

I requested a replacement business credit card and specifically asked FNB to deliver this card to a branch, but they chose to use CCD who's driver stole my card and handed this card to another "courier company", and that new driver had an excuse of not being able to deliver it and his phone is now off. FNB and CCD are *******!
My business credit card was to be delivered to me via CCD Couriers today 4 November 2025 before 4pm. Called CCD at 4pm to track the card, driver was called while im on hold and he stated that he handed the card to another courier company to assist him. Called that person, only to cut the call and phone goes to voicemail 0799623724, truecaller shows as Nandha Woodview Distributors - Prem. IS this how CCD couriers work? I think my card is ******, Beware of CCD couriers. DO NOT USE THEM

Signed up for superflex on 30 October. Did not get the free 6 months disney+ activation sms link. Queried with mtn Facebook but those idiots are so dumb and are either telling me i will get the link within 24 hours or i must register on disney+. Incompetence to another level
Got a whatsapp message from someone who claims to be Inspector Msomi from ethekwini water, showing me a photo of my house from google maps and a notice stating that they need to install water restrictors. he then asked me for R300 so that he will not proceed. I tried calling the ***** department and national call centre number but nobody answers.
Worst customer service. Purchased a Treadmill TR1610 from Makro on 26 June. The belt was not aligned, and when I logged a call with Trojan, was told that they are waiting for head office approval to send a technician out. It is no2 5 days that I cannot use the product and when I followed up, am being told the same thing. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND
31 May either the driver or the store stole my delivery. My order was eventually credited but when i request to be refunded to my card, the app states successful and witgin 3 to 5 days will be processed. Its 12 days now and my refund is not paid out. My emails to support are ignored. Stay away from these ****mers
