My walking pad is malfunctioning and I tried several times to reach out to Tecnotrain by calling them and by email. They don't answer the phone and I emailed them on the same email address where they reached out to me when I was making a purchase, so I know that was the correct email account. Guess what??? No response, I have been trying to weeks! My walking pad has a 2 year warranty I only purchased it in Feb. Why are you not responding. At this point I might not have a choice but to contact my lawyer 😭
