Notice of Defamation
Good day Jordan Viviers Subject: Notice of Defamation I am writing to you and your lady friend on behalf of my client, Fleur Beauty Aesthetics, in response to your recent actions and statements which have been both distressing and damaging to my client’s reputation. It has come to my attention that you have been making accusations against my client that are unfounded and harmful. I would like to inform you that I am currently engaged in an investigation to collect evidence related to these accusations. It is imperative to understand that defamation, defined as any wrongful, intentional publication of words or behavior relating to another person that injures or demeans their status, good name, character, or reputation, is a serious matter. Should the investigation reveal that your actions constitute defamation, we will not hesitate to pursue all available legal remedies to protect my client’s rights and reputation. This may include seeking damages for any harm caused by your statements. We hope to resolve this matter amicably and without the need for further legal proceedings. Not good
We used Eezi Move to relocate from Pretoria to Durbanville, the proses was smooth and communication between the agent and us was also very good. However when our belongings was offloaded it was clear that did not not use the same care. My Weber gas braai foot is broken in half and the Kettle braai cover was used as a bag to carry and store all the grids, and that is now also full of holes and torn. What eventually seemed like a good quotation for moving just got about 10k more expensive. Now after opening our fridge and washing machine its even worse, the appliances is scratched and seriously dented. Will post photos soon. There response: Please note, as per our quotation and terms & conditions, we only have a limited in transit insurance on our vehicles (page 1 on quotation, and Clause 5 on our terms and conditions – and it explains how our insurance works). Unfortunately moving is risky and accidents happen. We do state that should you need additional insurance, you need to have this covered through your current household insurance and should there be a claim, that this be handled through them.
