I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Highline Motorsports and would caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from them. Shortly after delivery of my vehicle, it became clear that a major scheduled service had not been done (costing over R10 000) even though it was advertised with full service history. And just after a week of having the vehicle, the coolant pipe failed because the radiator was not properly secured, causing the pipe to wear through. I was without a vehicle for more than a week while waiting for assistance. Since raising these issues, the dealership has only assisted with the matter of the coolant pipe and avoided responsibility on the skipped service. And given that they are 300 km away from me, this has left me with no practical support or assistance. I was also told that I received a discount, yet I remained fully liable for licence and registration costs, and this was also later used to avoid responsibility for defects — which is unacceptable. This experience showed poor vehicle preparation, Misrepresentation of service history, Lack of accountability after payment, And an owner who avoids dealing with problems directly Buying a car is a major purchase, and consumers deserve honesty and responsiveness. Unfortunately, my experience with Highline Motorsports fell far short of this. I would strongly advise prospective buyers to exercise extreme caution and to independently verify everything before purchasing.
