Product paid for but never received.
Product paid for but not delivered. I found this company's ad on Facebook. They are based in Durban, according to the person I dealt with. The map with the ad on Facebook said they are in Halfway Gardens in Midrand. Be careful when dealing with this company or the people that work for it. I ordered a diesel pump from them. They now have long stories and the product is not delivered. After I paid for the pump and delivery, they now have all sorts of other payments they require before they will give me tracking details. It is being carrying on for four weeks. Even the invoice, which was paid in full, was altered to get an extra payment from me. Every time they say they need a payment for something and if I pay, they will give the tracking details of the delivery. I have been paying them over R2000 for all these fees because I really need the pump. They just keep on coming up with new fees, now even an admin fee. According to the delivery/courier company they do not have a package addressed to me. I do not think the pump exists. It also came to light that they use the same name as a legally registered Egyptian dealer in electrical household appliances.
