Really Don't Assist

If I could give 0 out of 5, I would ! Over two weeks ago, this company came out to repair a geyser covered under a household insurance in Simonstown. They were contracted by CIA insurance. In the process the plumber started a fire in the roof. He requested his colleague get a garden hose pipe to put it out, and doused the unit in water resulting in substantial damages. The unit is unliveable due to extreme mould. Despite the fact that they admitted liability and I instructed them the day after the fire, to get in drying equipment, they didn't. My tenants belongings have been destroyed, they have been refused alternative accommodation and to make matters worse, Real Assist have sent unqualified contractors to start repairs .... have you ever heard of a professional arriving at the property and asking for materials (in this case ceiling boards) to make good their damage. I'll be updating this review as the situation develops....
