I placed an order in April, and to this day, I have not received it. I am truly disappointed with the level of service I have received.
I am very dissatisfied with my recent experience. I placed an order with Shein, and unfortunately, my order was sent to Buffalo. Additionally, my address and phone numbers were entered incorrectly, despite having paid VAT and duty. I have not received any messages from your team, and I am unable to track my parcel. Consequently, I do not know where it is or how I am going to receive my order given the incorrect address and contact information. I urgently need my package and would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue promptly.
