Dishonest staff/owner. I will never use SANS parking service at King Shaka again.
SANS Parking company is not to be trusted. I used the services of SANS through Looking4.com. Dropped my car off at King Shaka Airport while I was in CT for 5 days. The website stated the uncovered parking was 6km from the airport, but an additional 2 trips of 17km and 42km were logged on my Discovery App. When enquiring about the extra mileage, I was given the reason via WhatsApp that my car was moved to a 'concrete' parking area (the vehicle mileage was logged the day before I collected it!) I tried calling SANS and have asked them to call back, with no response and no further explanation. They were also late when meeting me on my return - I had to call them. It's worth spending a bit more for a trusted company.

I recently had a claim for a vehicle accident and was assisted by Ratish Kandhai at Outsurance. He was professional and went beyond expectation to assist, making the claim easy, quick and stress free. We were able to send photos for the assessment instead of driving to an assessor and use our preferred panel beater, Allans, for the repair work. Thank you for your excellent service.
