Provident fund pending
Not reliable with information, you always have to call them and they keep promising but can't deliver efficiently.

Taking too long to finalise claims and inconsistent answers
The claim process was started 8 weeks ago to get provident pay, however, everytime I call I'm told about waiting seven days, documents are in sars, or with back office, with administration, one story after another. I'm frustrated and unhappy, they don't seem to know what they are doing. When I ask for a manager, they are not available. My life is on hold because of SALTEB.
