Service excellence
I've been with Ream for about 15 years and have had nothing but good, prompt and professional service. The staff have been very helpful and courteous and claims paid out timeously. I have recommended Ream to anyone discussing insurance.

DO NOT use this company! I ordered and paid for 2 items on 05 May 2024 and immediately received a notification that the order was in progress. That's the last I heard from them after innumerable emails and attempted phone calls....Nothing! Out of the blue I received 1 of the items near the end of June and sent yet another email chasing the 2nd one. To date (11 July) I still have heard nothing!
