Can someone in a higher position call me from Rain. My router just got picked up by cdc and I just paid fully on the 1 march. Call me urgently

I have been using Rain for the past 7 years, there have been ups and downs with this service provider. More downs than up. I am paying almost R600 with "connected without internet". I don't understand why I have to go through what I am with this company. I first told them this year of 2026 that all of a sudden I am only connected to one specific area in my house but non to others. I literally have to buy data to work, because the internet i am paying to Rain is no use to me. Rain is like a an entity that preys on my faith in them. I pay in time every month. I have proof because they deduct on my account without fail. And I have not have internet for the past 5 months since last year. I humbly asked them to bring in a technician to sort this out to no avail. There only way I can get their attention is this???? What is wrong with you people? Are you a **** or ******? If you are not going to provide internet to me why am I paying you for? Now the problem is worse, instead of getting internet in curtain arts of my house I get no internet at all. Attend to this before I take you to court.
I have been pleading and begging to Rain to please come and install their router to my new address since the 1st of December to no avail.
Can someone from Rain call me. I am still being over Charged. How long must I complain about the same thing? I am paying for product and services I do not even own. Replying to Hellopeter complaints to seem like you do your job when you don't is ****ming people. No one ever sorted out my issue. Don't reply to hello peter, call me and refund me.
YET ANOTHER AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE, IT'S LIKE THOS COMPANY IS TESTING ALL MY PATIENCE. THEY FIX SOMETHING ONLY TO RE-DO IT THE NEXT TIME. I WAS OVERCHARGED LAST NIGHT AGAIN FOR ITEMS I DIDN'T AKS FOR AND DO NOT HAVE IN MY POSSESSION. STILL HOLDING ON THE PHONE FOR OVER HALF HOUR. DO THEY HAVE ANY TRAINING AT ALL?

WHY DOES RAIN OFFER US PRODUCTS AND STILL MANAGE TO MESS THEM UP DISMALLY. I AM ON 5G. I TOOK UP THE RAIN 2 WEEKS AGO, NEVER MIND THE LATE DELIVERY, THEY DELIVERED THE 2 SIM CARDS AND A BRAND NEW ROUTER WITH ITS OWN SIM ( NOT WHAT I SIGNED UP FOR), I CALLED THEM ABOUT THE ERROR, AND ASK IF THEY CAN COME IMMEDIATELY TO PICK UP THE ROUTER BECAUSE I DID NOT ASK FOR IT I HAVE MY OWN. THEY DID NOT PICK THE ROUTER AT MY ADDRESS, YESTERDAY THEY DECIDED TO CHARGE ME FOR THAT ROUTER AND SIM. STILL IN THE BOX UNUSED. TODAY I CALLED AND HELD ON FOR OVER AN 58 MIN, GOD KNOWS WHY. IF THEY DON'T PICK THE PHONE THEY DROP IT IMMEDIATELY. SO NOW I AM PAYING FOR THEIR ERROR. I JUST WANT MY MONEY REVERSED BACK AND THEY MUST COME AND COLLECT THIS ROUTER AS THEY PROMISED TO DO SO. I AM STARTING TO FEEL LIKE RAIN IS FULL OF ****S.
