Bolt bad service
I would like to express my disappointment in the service I received from bolt few months back I was in an bolt accident knowing that both the driver and the passenger are insured I did reach out to them and requested assistance due to injuries and all the ups and down that I needed to do for medical purposes .I submitted everything from the accident report to pictures of my injuries yet I was only given R4500 which was meant to to be for any loss of property on the day of the accident as I did not have any medical receipts so I was told while from my experience others get get compensated well as well as their drivers the sad part is I haven't worked for sometime which affected me financially and I am still attending medical attention such as physio and all this is at my cost am deeply disappointed

LOTSHA FINANCE IS A ****MMMMMMM
I would not even give 1 star to this ****ming financial institution if they are even one. The people ripped me off with R3500 which I took from my rent money and I never received any financial aid or assistance from them. After the loan approval I was told to pay lawyers fess of R3500 which I have paid into their account and then I got communication to pay a further R4799 for insurance cover. I told them to refund my R3500 as I am not paying a cent more of R4799 and I was told to pay R1050 for cancellation fees, imagine the nerve of these misfits and ****mers. When applying for this loan they do not mention all the fees that you need to pay, only after you get approved. Which financial institution asks for fees upfront to assist you with a loan? This is ridiculous and utter bull****. This ****ing people better pay my money of R3500 back into my account. I was told I will be getting my money back within 7 days since to date nothing happened. I will not pay these assholes a cent more until they refund me or else I will take these ****ers to court and get a ******** lawyer to sue them. These people do not deserve to live, they are oxygen *******. I need to get correspondence within this scope of my complaint AND this matter better be resolved before the end of the week is over. I am not going to pay any other monies until I get my R3500 that Lotsha Finance owes me, what ****ing bull**** financial institution is this? PAY ME BACK MY DAMN MONIES!!!!
