Yet, another request by this business for my previous post on Hellopeter to be removed. I purchased a pair of sneakers in May 2024 which have not been delivered to this date, nor my money refunded to me. This business cannot be trusted - I have followed up on their Instagram page numerous times and also sent numerous emails. The mobile numbers that have been listed on their Instagram page are always switched off/going to voicemail. Horrific client service
Almost 6 months later (7 November 2024), there is still no delivery of the sneakers that I purchased and paid for on 11 May 2024. This is despite numerous follow-ups with StyleCafe SA, with no response! Instead, I have been notified by Hellopeter today (7 November 2024) that the company has reported my previous review. The StyleCafe SA owners should actually use their efforts to honour my purchase or refund me for the amount paid for the sneakers. I will definitely not purchase anything from this store again - zero customer service and business credibility.

I purchased and paid for two pairs of shoes on 11 May 2024. After numerous follow-ups and complaints, one pair of shoes was shipped on 20 June 2024. I have been following up on the second pair of shoes, without any response from the company. The phone rings unanswered and emails are not responded to. It is truly frustrating working with this company. This was my first order with this online store and certainly my last.
I ordered and paid for shoes. Initially they were responsive via email indicating that my order was now at fulfilment stage. Subsequently, there was no response. I sent numerous emails and tried to call them on numerous occasions - no answer. It seems I have been ****med. Do not buy from this store!
