I bought shoes 26 August which was Tuesday and got email confirmation to sat shoes will be delivered after 48 hours on Saturday 30Aug i send the WhatsApp enquiry about my order they told the shoes i order is oversold they ask if i want another pair of shoes or refunf i said i no can they refund me my money it will be done by the end of week today is Friday im calling and texting they are not responding

Yet, another request by this business for my previous post on Hellopeter to be removed. I purchased a pair of sneakers in May 2024 which have not been delivered to this date, nor my money refunded to me. This business cannot be trusted - I have followed up on their Instagram page numerous times and also sent numerous emails. The mobile numbers that have been listed on their Instagram page are always switched off/going to voicemail. Horrific client service

Yet, another request by this business for my previous post on Hellopeter to be removed. I purchased a pair of sneakers in May 2024 which have not been delivered to this date, nor my money refunded to me. This business cannot be trusted - I have followed up on their Instagram page numerous times and also sent numerous emails. If there was a 0 rating I would not hesitate to give them. I used to buy from this company for years and they’ve always delivered. Suddenly things changed, I placed an order on the 24th of January. To date the only update I got was that my order is being processed. It’s been 3 weeks. I’ve been following up on the status of my delivery and they’ve been blue ticking me. Horrible ********** customer service

Very disappointed infact very angry with the terrible service. I strongly discourage anyone from purchasing anything from StyleCafeSA. They are clearly out to rob people of their hard earned money. I saw their WhatsApp status and they had a black friday special going on. I sent a message to ask if the shoe is still available and they confirmed. I placed an order on the 30th November for a pair of shoes. I received an email confirming my order and the status was "processing ". This status has not changed till today, I have not received my shoes. I have sent them numerous follow up emails and WhatsApp messages but they now decided not to respond. The annoying thing is that it was not the first time I bought from them, and previously I received my shoes without any issues. Whatever they decided to change, it changed to the worst. I would never recommend anyone to spend their money on this business at all. They are running another sale, yet they have not delivered my shoes from the previous sale.

Almost 6 months later (7 November 2024), there is still no delivery of the sneakers that I purchased and paid for on 11 May 2024. This is despite numerous follow-ups with StyleCafe SA, with no response! Instead, I have been notified by Hellopeter today (7 November 2024) that the company has reported my previous review. The StyleCafe SA owners should actually use their efforts to honour my purchase or refund me for the amount paid for the sneakers. I will definitely not purchase anything from this store again - zero customer service and business credibility.

Since i ordered my shoes on the 1st of June 2024 till now they don't respond to emails/call/instead or whatsapp.i called the other number someone picked up n said they don't know them they don't sell shoes,so these people are ****mer they need to refund our money.if u post on the post they remove the comment n block u

I ordered and paid for shoes. Initially they were responsive via email indicating that my order was now at fulfilment stage. Subsequently, there was no response. I sent numerous emails and tried to call them on numerous occasions - no answer. It seems I have been ****med. Do not buy from this store!
