Bad customer service
Im not happy with your service shipment was fetch on the 16 Sep 2025 estimates of delivery was 19 sep i track the shipping its on hold i call the call center the problem is the document i sent them again on Friday i call again asking why the shipment is on hold the document i ask what is wrong they tell me i resend Monday 22 shipment still on hold i call again they say they did not receive my email i resend again later on the shipment is on i send and email again asking why the shipment is on hold its Tuesday today i have no response from you guys its this how you treat your customers

Refund
I bought shoes 26 August which was Tuesday and got email confirmation to sat shoes will be delivered after 48 hours on Saturday 30Aug i send the WhatsApp enquiry about my order they told the shoes i order is oversold they ask if i want another pair of shoes or refunf i said i no can they refund me my money it will be done by the end of week today is Friday im calling and texting they are not responding

Expired milk
Hi my mother bought 2 6 pack of milk on the 3 march woolworths Johannesburg only to realised on saterday that the milk expired on the 22 of February 2025 we called customer care the same day they said the will escalate the matter unfortunately nothing was done Reference Number : 20250322-464671096.

Bad customer service
On 23 Nov 2022 i went to Fochini Alberton for my cellphone insurance claim, on the 30Nov 2022 i received a call saying that my imei number does not match with the itc number, i went to the service provider Mtn to check they told me that the imei number that i have doesn't exist i went back to Fochini they told me me to request a letter from Mtn which they could not give because they aee a franchise i should call they customer service number which i did and they told me the tfg insurance must call them, on the 9 Dec 22 i call Tfg customer care they told the dont deal with cellphone insurance queries i must call them which i did i was told to email the slip i bought the phone with till today nothing was done
