Cashiers terrible service
Save on Pietermaritzburg on Pietermaritz street I had a terrible service cashiers are old and not energetic they are very slow and have got attitude they busy with the cell phones and others are just standing and not assisting.i asked them why they give such a terrible service they advised only one till point is working and even that one is slow.

Unnaceptable behaviour from gate 2 assistant.
I had a disgusting experience from the lady who was working At a exit gate number 2 she is very rude and disrespectful she took a ticket from me and she was very slow I told her to speed up the process as she was busy talking with her cell phone . On heard phones when I was about to go out she followed me and trew a ticket on my face and said I must re join the quere .I said I can't do that I was waiting for about 10 Min at the gate blocking the free flow of traffic because of the *********** staff members from Midlands Mall. I tried to get assistance from the machine by pressing intercom they did not answer.this happened around 11h00 on 24 December 2024 it is unnaceptable this caused unnecessary traffic due to one person who is ***********

Poor service
ADT management does not care about the people and they abused me Financially and emotional I have been working for the company for 16 years I left the company in April even today my provided fund documents are not submitted to the administrator for processing I am going back and forth with the company no one is assisting. In Pietermaritzburg branch and Durban branch is aware still no help. They abused me in such a way that I left the company I tried several times by filling grievience about abusive manager still no help the now abusing me even when not working for me by not submitting documents to Alexander Forbes.this is the same service they give to their customers
