No reply to email sent 9 May 2025 regarding an invoice query. Amount quoted upon renting the car and the amount deducted - TRIPLE the price. Now nobody responds to an email enquiry to explain way or whether it was a mistake from their side.
Actually no rating ... a zero Booked my car in for a service which will be due when I'm not available. Did booking more than 2 weeks ago. Thus, Peugeot dealership now knows for 2 weeks that my 208 model 2021 will be coming in for it's 3rd service; and that the car is not ready for a service yet, but my explanation above and main reason, I'm hearing 'some' on the one turbo. Thus, they have ample time to contact Peugeot SA and get the authorisation that my car can indeed be serviced or tell me what is the next step. I arranged with Yolanda that I may bring in the car the day before (dealership at High Street, Bellville closed). This one only finds out accidentally. No sms or notification that this dealership has closed down and then some place in Bellville has taken over 'part of the contract'. Part yes, not the entire contract / warrantee / guarantee, I had with the dealership where my car was purchased. Calling the Reeds Delta place in Bellville, I am informed that should they need to put my car on diagnostics; I'm hearing 'some weird sound on the turbo', it will cost me R1500.00. Excuse me; my car is still under warrantee / guarantee. Why should I be paying for something already worked into the price of the car upon purchase. Nice try sunshine!!!! I contact the Peugeot Fores**** dealership; make a booking; Yolande is aware that my car is coming for the noise on the turbo or something I'm hearing - please note, I'm not a mechanic, however - this 208 is my 6th Peugeot (contact Justine Swart - she sold every one of them to my husband - 208 (2008), 308, 508,3008 ,308 on this one my engine was replaced (yes I'm sure Peugeot SA now knows who I am or whom my husband is), 208 (got it in July 2021). So this is not my first rodeo with Peugeot .. and as I told Justine last year, definitely my last Peugeot. The service has just gone one way; and that's not up ... deteriorated since Peugeot pulled out of SA. So Peugeot, stop selling this car in SA if you can't provide the service one received when they were still in SA. As soon as the car is in your possession; all promises go out the window, why? oh they have their money, so ****** you Sam, who is the next idiot I can sell a Peugeot too. Bad bad after sales service. So back to yesterday and this mornings continues 'no service'. Ashley tells me, upon me calling them to advise him I have a ride in to collect my car at 13.30, as my car was nr 1 on the list for servicing (dropped it yesterday remember); oh no, mrs Fourie, we are still awaiting Peugeot SA to give us the authorisation that we may service your car before the service is actually due. EXcuSE me?? This is not news to you. The dealership knows about this for the past 2 weeks (on my job card Yolande opened) ARE you KIDDING me ???!
