Car wash
Worst car wash I have had in a while. Car isn't cleaned even nearly properly! Outside is washed half. Dashboard protector wasn't even removed to clean under it. Carpets is stil dirty!

Bad service
I'm a prestige banking client from Standard Bank. Yesterday I sent the prestige banking group a email and they didn't respond. What is the point in being a prestige banker and not benefiting from it. I'm basically wasting my money

***** case
I have been a loyal customer of Standard bank for 20 years now. I have logged a ***** case 2 weeks ago and nothing has been done. If I haven't called during this time my ***** case would have expired. This will be the second time standard bank let me down in a ***** case. The first time I received a false confirmation letter done by a standard bank employee.
