Amazing service
Mario was fantastic and very helpful, lovely staff aswell. The issue was fixed in less than 30 minutes. will definitely be coming back in the future. Thank you !

This is a student residence which promise security, working facilities, wifi and a safe environment for us students - this is the complete opposite. Campuskey does not care about their students and the safety and mental well-being for them they do not pick up the CUA number when it’s an emergency and cannot even have the decency to reach out to see if things are fine if there is an instance of an emergency. living in campuskey for 2 years was the worst mistake and will never recommend this to friends or family who are looking for accommodation whilst in university. i surely hope that they get their ducks in a row. i just want management to be honest and stop spreading misinformation to potential new clients. You Advertise yourself having a “multi-tier security and having a 24/7 on-site team” parents will eat this up and send their children here. Change that on the website “ONLY FOR ROSEBANK AND NOT OBSERVATORY” so they can at least pay the higher mark-up for a better service we pay enough. we deserve 24/7 security at reception
