We ordered and paid fully for a Cattle Trailer Double axle, with a spare wheel 14" & spare wheel bracket. The invoice date was 17-09-2024, but today is the 26-11-2024 and the trailer is not yet ready or available for pickup. Every week they make a promise that the trailer will be ready by next week and then next week comes and then the trailer is not ready, without shame they make the same promise again. Through these empty promises, it costs us more money to rent trailers to transport our livestock, but also fuel to drive through to Rustenburg for a trailer that does not exist. We decided to cancel our order for making a trailer with them and hope they keep their promise to refund the full payment as confirmed on email - yellowtechtrailers@gmail.com We are not difficult people, and choose to give people the benefit of the doubt, but in this case we trusted Yellow-Tech Trailers to give us the product for the R46 200.00 paid, but they did not deliver and this is unacceptable; so we just want to put out a warning if you are considering Yellow-Tech Trailers.
My Shein package got lost in the dispatching between IMile and SENDR. I should have received the package on April 29th and by May 11, 2024 I still have not received my package. I tried to contact IMile and SENDR for days and only received poor service. On the 15th of May 2024, SENDR and IMile confirmed that my Shein parcel is lost and that my customes&taxex will be refunded. Today is the 11th of June 2024 and I am still waiting for my Customs and Taxes to be paid back. I did follow up several times with the customer service contact details and Liam Yang, working for IMIle but none is responsive. IMile's customer service is super poor and if I were Shein I would reconsider the logistics company because it affects that customers no longer want to order from Shein.
