JH van Heerden – Solismarkets “experience” – September 2025 I had 2*Solismarkets experiences. The 1st experience takes us back to November 2024 and my review is reflected in this letter (way below). The short STORY end and the experience was losing a substantial amount in “swopping” fees. Solismarket made available $ 1000.00 BONUS BUT (because) I had NO guidance or a success manager to mentor so I decided to “shelf” the SolisMarket exercise. I’m of the opinion that trading can be lucrative BUT the challenge for a trader is to LEARN the tricks of the trade BE VERY CAREFUL because substantial losses will occur if you’re not careful. My second Solismarket experience started on 21st August 2025 when one of SolisMarket’s Managers contacted me with the invitation that he will assist me to start trading again and he will oversee my account and lead me on the road to success. Since I had a bonus of $ 1000.00 in my (2nd) account # 136 862 and his commitment that he will trade on my behalf and show me SolisMarkets are profitable. Because I couldn’t trade with the bonus he arranged a $ 200.00 credit. I made it very clear that I won’t make any further deposit into the SolisMarket account and will consider making a deposit/s once we’ve achieved success with the bonus & credit in account # 136 862 and recover the losses incurred in the past. He did 2*profitable transactions with a low volume and then suggested I deposit more funds – which I refused because I made it very clear from onset “I will not deposit until we show a profit”. No person in his/her rightful mind will invest at least $ 1000.00 based on 2*profitable transactions. After 6 transactions i.e. 2*losses and 4 profitable transactions I was contacted by the Manager who said he can’t waste his time with this trivial account (because he doesn’t earn any commission) and I must “fly solo” however I can ask advice from him. I closed the last Google transaction at a loss HOWEVER I had built up # 145.77 debit. I requested a withdrawal of $ 145.00 on 25/09/25 but SolisMarket hasn’t paid me out. I’m disappointed in the fact that the Manager promise “moonlight & roses” but the moment trading is getting tough they turn their back My advice to future traders = BEWARE H van Heerden – Solismarkets “ 1st experience”. November 2024. I reacted on an electronic adverti*****t on which Solismarkets, under support/auspices of various commercial banks, do stock market trading for individuals. I received a phone call and supporting email on 24/10/24 from Allison White welcoming me to Capitec AI Trading. This action put my mind at ease because a commercial bank/s wouldn’t support dubious trading (copy of email below). The lady offered me the basic options for opening a trading account ranging between ZAR 2500.00 - ZAR 10 000.00 I opted for the smaller account to fami****ize myself with the trading platform and to minimize my risk until it was proven that Solismarkets are claiming. After the account was opened, I received a call from mr T.H. explaining how I can make good money. He also suggested Solismarkets do the trading on behalf of me the Client. This suggestion/action took away ANY discretion/input from me as accountholder. The gentleman did the 1st transaction, and he made a substantial profit within a day. Upon his instruction I withdrew $ 30.00 to illustrate how effective their system is. I was strongly urged to make another deposit and I deposited another ZAR 16 000.00 which increased my “investment” to US$ 1000.00+ “basic” account. More trading was done showing good profits. The gentleman suggested strongly I deposit more funds because I’m wasting his time with a $ 1000.00 account. I couldn’t raise more money and (notified Solismarkets on 18/11/2024 that I won’t be able to make any further deposits at this stage). At this specific stage I still had a 40%+ profit on my investment. I was still monitoring my account and within a week the profitable account went into a total loss of my investment and a loss of $ 152.11. I’ve corresponded with Solismarkets regarding the dramatic loss and eventually they rep****: • due to the fact that I didn’t deposit more funds my account was “downgraded” with much higher swapping fees destroying the account within a few days. • Solismarkets haven’t informed me about the downgrade – by informing me I could at least closed the account in a profit !! I have absolute understanding that Solismarkets are looking for Clients with “deep pockets” but in my opinion, they also have a moral & ethical obligation to look after an account and maintain it to the best interest of their Clients. I therefor would like to inform potential/future Clients to make sure they have at least R 100k before they put any funds at mercy of Solismarkets. My initial investment of R 20k has cost me dearly because I couldn’t & wouldn’t invest more funds. Signed Hennie van Heerden Email from ……. dated 24/10/2024 @ 09:26. I had a discrepancy with Banxso and after they've investigated the "problem"/challenge they suggested and implemented measures to ensure that I recover the losses incurred. I therefor would like Clients to, if they encounter challenges to discuss the matter through the Banxso relation offices to find an amicable solution. in my case Banxso went the 2nd & 3rd mile - so to speak.
June 2024. My Banxso story. My journey with Banxso began end February 2024 when I reacted to an electronic media adverti*****t that a person can make substantial profits by investing a mere R 4 800.00. By clicking on the ad my Banxso account was opened. Within a few minutes I received a telephone call from a Banxso official to guide me into Banxso world = “the road to hell”. It became apparent that the initial amount was only to open the account and to enable a client to trade you need to make a further deposit of R 50k. After I’ve listened to the “Success Manager” (referred to as SM) I was persuaded to “give it a try”. Given my situation I made the deposit and the SM guided met through the “buy/sell” and the pip values on buy/sell. The suggested “stop loss” and “take profit” parameters were also positioned on his recommendation (procedure briefly stated). Before I “invested” the SM clearly stated the values used in the transaction is in accordance with the Investing.com or Bloomberg or whoever’s parameters for the stock/share/currency and then the Client take the responsibility for making the investment based on the information given by the SM. The 1st transaction showed a “profit”. A larger transaction followed and due the suggested parameters the investment “moved down” and I received an URGENT email giving me a “margin call”, I had to deposit immediately additional funds to ensure the transaction don’t “close” which will cause the total loss of the funds in the transaction – I had to the deposit to avoid “account closure” and was guided into a few transactions making profit/s and losses. On one transaction I paid a substantial amount on “swopping fees” and when I made an enquiry on the “swopping fees” I was informed that it is the cost to keep a transaction “open” over a period. The dealing on the Banxso platform (which is very sophisticated) was a learning curve and I’ve spent many hours equipping myself/viewing the training videos for the challenging journey ahead - I admit their training material, for a layman is informative and helpful for such a sophisticated market. Fact of the matter is one transaction followed the next one, making profit/losing money with “margin calls” on regular basis absorbing hard earned money ending when I had no more hard-earned money to invest. As in most things in life a person (must) pays “school fees”, it’s a given. I learned the Success Manager earns his bread from “chasing trading volume”, irrespective the fact that the SM is guiding a “lay person” on an extremely slippery downward slope along the road to success/failure. My Banxso road ended in failure. Banxso also offers “cash back” based on trading volumes. The “cash back” is based on the different “account types” and trading volume over a calendar month period. My 1st period was null and void because the SM hadn’t initially registered my account. My experience is the cash back received does not correspond with their advert or verbal information. My hard-earned experience is for a layperson to equip him/herself properly before he/she starts trading. The much safer option is to walk away from Banxso. Accept the fact that the SM is there to earn a living/make money, your success is secondary to their/his goal. When withdrawing funds from an account is a very slow process, if all documents are in place the withdrawal is still at mercy of an official to release the funds, it may take a few days. Signed:
