Very very bad customer service,B sure Their agent aren't that informative about about explaining to customer satisfactory..the guy who was assisting me was running through the whole call,I was told about a premium now its an activation fee that I'm being forced to pay...I will never recommend B sure to any of my family members or Friends as They are as they are constantly lying...I hope some one of higher rank sees this as There are rotten potatoes in your midst that are destroying company image because of Short Cuts I'm paying an (Preminum )activation fee for a service not rendered at all,first it was a activation fee plus pro rata then premium
