Jeep Renegade

My Jeep Renegade went in to diagnose A/C problems. Two weeks later, we went from an o-ring to the condenser to a pipe to a expansion valve. Still no clear quote on what the actual problem is. I received my car back with both left and right wheel arch trims broken. The front bumper is now misaligned and my car looks like it was worked on by a backyard panel beater. The skid plate underneath had all the bolts still loose (what was left of them). I found spanners and wires hiding behind the engine as well as the intake ***ling for the airbox lying on the skid plate. What an absolute disaster. The only response from Alicia (though very friendly) was a shrug of her shoulders. Steer clear. Far clear! There are much better places out there than this one.
