I've stayed here for 3 years, in 2024 I had 2 break-ins while I was sleeping inside my apartment. No one from the property came to inspect or to assist with anything, I was instructed to inform the police and to close all my windows and doors. The one bedroom units have poor ventilation and when I reported mold in my bathroom, I was told I'd be charged for re-painting. In 2023, my car window was broken during grass cutting and when the property was re-painting outside the apartments in October 2025, they spilled paint on my car and they refused to take accountability. In November I moved to a different unit and I had the most horrible experience. My pre exit-inspection of my old unit went well but just after I moved into my new unit, during the final inspection, there was suddenly an oil stain in my old parking space and I was told I'd be charged R3000, despite my car being new and have never had any oil spilling problems. More than half off my deposit was held without any explanation. I requested an invoice for the charges and to date I haven't received any communication. There are no functional security cameras within the complex, tenants are expected to find ways to guard their parking spaces when they are not home. We are also expected to repaint the units as if no one has lived in it when we move out. I was also informed that according to the lease, wear and tear is not different from intentional damage. This was literally demonstrated to me on record by Adrian the caretaker who was inspecting my unit and whom made my whole experience a nightmare.
