I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Planet Web Design, specifically by Yendy Bester, Rosemary van Rooyen, and Chyla Leigh Wedders****. My experience has been fraught with delays, lack of communication, and unmet promises. Between 12 April 2024 and 15 May 2024, I paid a total of R14,700.00 for services that were never fully delivered. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue and the company’s assurances that they were working on it, I was left with no satisfactory outcome. When I finally demanded a refund, I was met with excuses and partial offers that did not address the core issue – the complete failure to deliver the paid services. Their proposal to partially refund and provide a voucher was unacceptable given the extent of the inconvenience and financial loss I suffered. Additionally, I discovered multiple reviews and testimonies from other customers who experienced similar issues, indicating a pattern of unfulfilled promises and questionable business practices. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with this company. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and financially detrimental.
