Unfulfilled Promises and Poor Service
I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Planet Web Design, specifically by Yendy Bester, Rosemary van Rooyen, and Chyla Leigh Wedders****. My experience has been fraught with delays, lack of communication, and unmet promises. Between 12 April 2024 and 15 May 2024, I paid a total of R14,700.00 for services that were never fully delivered. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue and the company’s assurances that they were working on it, I was left with no satisfactory outcome. When I finally demanded a refund, I was met with excuses and partial offers that did not address the core issue – the complete failure to deliver the paid services. Their proposal to partially refund and provide a voucher was unacceptable given the extent of the inconvenience and financial loss I suffered. Additionally, I discovered multiple reviews and testimonies from other customers who experienced similar issues, indicating a pattern of unfulfilled promises and questionable business practices. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with this company. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and financially detrimental.

I’m the owner of DKMY cosmetics. I had requested Planet Web Design to create a website for my business early last year. The consultant by the name of Nadine requested that the products must be collected for photoshoot. Indeed the products were collected & the website was created but the products were never returned to me till today. I have been in contact with Nadine for the products to be brought back but she keeps on telling me that she will follow up. What hurts me the most is that my business is stuck I’m not happy with how the matter is being handled.

This lady should just understand and sort this out and close this problem its with the ncr but she refuses to reply to them yet she admitted she hadnt paid the host in a while for goodness sake i have no website you blocked me refund me and close this to get this over and done with you area at fault here

This company CARES! Yendy has done so much for me in the last 9 years! Even with her health declining she tried her best! Best company for your business thats a promise!

PLANET WEB DESIGN HORRIBLE SERVICE
Unfortunately I had to select a star to write the review. I have been dealing with the owner Yendy Bester, and absolute nightmare to work with. She knows every lie and excuse since our existence on this planet. Incomplete work, does not respond to messages, blames the staff for her poor attitude towards clients. You have to chase her for weeks before receiving any info. I will not recommend PLANET WEB DESIGNS to anyone.

pensioner wants website opened or refund
Paid her R3200 for a website, asked for additional work for which she charged R800 couldnt pay so she locked the website, when i contacted her later I told her i could pay in R300 and the balance a bit later, she agreed to open up the website for me. Then started making excuses that ""she hadnt paid the server in a while"" which is not my fault or my problem. She then demanded another R2200 to open up the website I said no and that i wanted a refund of the difference of R3200 less R500 she refused. It has gone to the NCC she is ignoring all communication with them, they have told her they are going to fine her heftily she just ignores. Its gone to the investigation department now to fine her for non compliance. Very upset about this as this is just not good service
