Exceptional service from Kia Durban South (Amanzimtoti)
I recently purchased a vehicle from Kia Durban South (Amanzimtoti). I had experienced exceptional service from Darryl Smith. Cell C - Accessories still not received!
On the 16th July 2019, I went to the Gateway Cell C store to perform a contract upgrade. The phone that I selected came with accessories. At the time the accessories were not available and I was told that I will be contacted as soon as stock was received. To date I have not been contacted. I emailed the consultant and have not received any feedback. The consultant's name is Dhiraj Dularie.
