When I got to the school this afternoon, my daughter's bag was wet from the rain(making her books wet as well) , when I asked what happened she told that Teacher Pontsho told them to leave the bags there, went back to ask exactly what happened they all didn't know what happened, Until Teacher Pontsho said she told the kids to bring the bags inside, she was making a lot of noise not wanting to take accountability, according to her it was my child's fault that her bag got wet. My thing is:Why did she not make sure that all the bag were inside, are they not supposed to make the last sweep? Were they rushing to get back to their chit-chat ting. I'm a paying for a service, she should have just apologized for her negligence instead she didn't want to take accountability. I had to walk away as she continued screaming. I'm really upset.
Im utterly dissatisfied with Mororiseng's work ethic. I enquired about a service that I wanted done and we communicated via whatsapp, she was so quick to send me an invoice requiring a deposit. Because I was impressed with her work I saw on tiktok I didn't hesitate to pay because I wanted the job done ASAP. You won't believe me when I say the installation was done two months later, I had to literally beg her for communication, she was never wrong because she kept blaming her employee (the installer). When they finally came out, the quality of one picture wasn't good, she promised to come back with a new picture to come install, it's been over six months now. The last time I spoke to her she promised to courier the picture, I am still waiting. I sent her a message last week, no respond. I think she also blocked me from her whatsapp statuses. I'm utterly disappointed
Battling to get my academic record so I can complete my national diploma. I keep getting promises that my submitted assignments will be shared. I got to Clicks Pharmacy in Sinoville today at 17h45 just before they close (18h00). I live 2.5 km away from them that's why I always go to the particular pharmacy. Unfortunately I didn't have my medical aid card, I didn't think it was gong to be a problem as they've always been able to help me without the card because they already captured my information, with attitude Anina Croukamp told she couldn't find me using my ID, when I asked if I could repeat my ID number because she might have missed a number she gave me a deep sigh and rolled her eyes Because of her attitude I told her to leave it, and she just said thanks bye just like that. When I walked away she said something in Afrikaans, Im sure it was nasty
I bought boots R1200 and a coat for R1700 online, only wore the coat once and realiser it had flints, the boots glue is coming off. I complained with zara cares and the reply I got was that I should return the items at either their drop points or store. The reason I bought online is because I cannot go to the store and zara uses that to their advantage, the sell us rejects online knowing that we are unable to return the goods. I told them that I'm unable to go to any of the suggested places, instead of them making a plan to come get them they were so unbothered and said they don't provide that service. What happened to treating customers fairly? I'm writing because this is not the first time this happens. I'm really disappointed as I paid good money hoping for great quality and service.
