NWU Distance Learning is not user friendly.
I am really not pleased with North West University. I have had a really terrible experience during registration and even now after registering. My concerns are dealt with my robots and automated replies. I can’t even navigate through their portals and multiple websites. I don’t know what is supposed to happen.

Too good to be true…
They may sound convincing in the sales stage and their competitive premium but come claim stage you will call them every hour for 5 days and get the same feedback all the time. That they will respond before end of business that day. Even a simple tyre claim takes 2 weeks to repair. And the 5 star reviews here do not reflect what actually happens. They offer discounts for good reviews.
