I visited Mofolo South Clinic for Baby Immnunisation. I have not been to a government clinic facility for a long time. The visit took us exactly ten minutes and we were properly assisted. The facility is clean and fit for purpose. The staff were friendly, professional and our overall experience was beyond satisfactory. Keep up the good work at Mofolo South Clinic!
On the 19 August 2024 I received notification from my bank that debit order mandate for Telkom had been registered. I proceeded to enquire from Telkom Maponya Mall about this said mandate, provided the ref/account number but found no joy as ultimately they told me it does not 'reflect'. On 30 September 2024 an unauthorized debit order was processed. That time I have never app**** for any Telkom product. Any such application in my name is *****ULENT. The worst experience was when the *********** staff at Maponya Mall told me they had not contact details for Telkom's ***** department. They were uninterested in my complaint and that is a reflection of the culture at Telkom in general. Telkom needs to act on my issue sort it out ASAP!
I bought a Renault Triber (2023) from Group 1 Renault Alberton in September 2023. At that branch the service was commendable. Fast forward to June 2024 the battery died, literally. I took it to The Glen for replacement and was unceremoniously told it is impossible. Despite having the car for a mere 09 (nine) months I was rudely told the battery is past its warranty and I therefore cannot claim from it. The service is at best deplorable, inhumane and outright disrespectful. They made it seem as if I am responsible for their substandard battery. I am highly disappointed at their poor service which will inconveniently cost me to their unfair benefit. -Thabang
