Great customer service
I saw my favorite perfume at a discounted price and decided to give Perfume Lounge a try. My delivery arrived within 2 days, so I was really pleased with the whole ordering process. Unfortunately I got Dior Jadore EDP instead of the EDT that I prefer and ordered. However, after phoning them the person was really helpful and said that they will send the correct perfume ASAP and then I can keep the other perfume. To my surprise the correct perfume was delivered the very next morning via overnight delivery.
