Playtsogo.co.za run **** promotions. And don't provide feedback...
I am highly disappointed. They ran a leaderboard competition last week called bit hitter leaderboard For the SA20 cricket competition. The leaderboard was never shown on the website once. I placed multiple cricket bets for this competition. When I contacted the support nobody knows anything about the promo. How do you run promos but the staff doesn't know about it. Eventually one of the Managers "Njabulo" gave me a call. She promised to follow up and then send me an email or call me. It has been 4 days now. No feedback nothing. No transparency

Easybet Unresolved Bonus issue and bad customer Service
I am highly dissapointed in Easybet. They have not credited my 100% bet match bonus and it has been 6 days now. They keep saying they will get back to me and they never do. Everyday I have to follow up but there is no update. Why run promotions if you cant deliver them. I asked numerous times for them to give me a call. And they say they don't do calls. Only live chat and email. Really ridiculous!
