WORST BUSINESS EVER!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

I've never met a business so poorly run and *************!!! We ordered shoes from her in March because we were going to a wedding and my partner was part of the bridal party. The wedding has come and gone and I'm still waiting for our shoes!!! We requested our money back because the wedding was over and I was told there was no money in the account and they couldn't refund me. What's worse is that their website only works when you are ordering, when you have to get back online to get an email address, it's not working. Now you need to WhatsApp, and it takes the team 5 plus days to respond! You people give black-owned businesses a bad name!!! Don't buy online, because you'll probably see the money or the product years later!!!
