Horrible, it has been three weeks trying to organise a replacement remote control key. Cant get hold of the manager, paid the full amount, booked my car in for one whole day and got it back with a useless key and excuses.

Gutted bride
Your wedding day is the one day you want to look flawless. Liza at Hair She Goes unfortunately messed up my hair and make up so badly I looked horrible!! My eyes were flowing black rivers due to the glue for a new eye lash product. It was not at all part of the trial run! My hair was messy and she put mascara and make up on my two year old which gave her a bad reaction :(. Further more she was 30 mins late which delayed the ceremony with half an hour. My one special day was ruined. I had to redo my make up after the ceremony. I had teary eyes for days because of the glue for lashes that I did not ask for! I am gutted :(
