Unfulfilled promises Mega Theron Klerksdorp
Bought a vehicle in July from Mega Theron Klerksdorp. Pre-sales service was great, post-sales was horrible. Car had a few snags before I purchased it, salesperson promise to have these all fixed. I had to keep making multiple follow ups to get anything done. License and registration papers arrived a week after the disc had expired. Had to drive back to Klerksdorp to get the repairs done - was promised fuel reimbur*****t, never got it. No service book for the car even though they claimed it had only been owned by the dealership prior to me purchasing it. I'm driving the car using a spare key - was promised the original key and never got it. Tried to escalate my grievances to Michelle and she referred me to the guy that was giving me issues. Poor, disappointing after-sales service all round.
