I am writing this review to express my concern and frustration regarding the delay in receiving my Long Term Insurance NQF Level 4 certification for the year 2023, completed through the Momentum Group and assessed by the Graduate Institute of Financial Services (GIFS). Despite completing all required modules and assessments successfully, I have still not received my certificate. This delay has negatively affected my career progress, as the certificate is essential for compliance, job opportunities, and professional development within the financial services industry. I have made several attempts to follow up, but the communication and assistance provided have been insufficient and unhelpful. As a registered learner, I believe I deserve timely feedback and the issuance of my qualification. I am requesting that GIFS urgently review my case and provide my certificate without any further delays. Learners depend on these qualifications for their livelihoods, and such delays create unnecessary obstacles. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly and that future learners will not experience the same challenges.

Good day. I am very dissapointed in the service i received from Sanlam regarding the request to cancel my Sanlam Sky policy. I emailed all the necessary documents required for the cancellation however, they sent an sms stating that they cannot connect with me therefore they can to finalise my request. of which I did and they put me through the cancellation department. I waited for so long that the phone hung up on their side while waiting for an assistance. Can this policy be cancelled already.
Good day I am writing this with a heavy heart, i have initially requested that all my policies with Assupol be cancelled and i received confirmation that they are cancelled. However my one policy was reinstated without me accepting. They have since then wanted to debit against my bank since September, now they saying my policy is in arrears R380.38. Please cancel my policy with immediate effect as i had not given consent for any Reinstatement.
I am very dissapointed in Assupol i was supposed to be getting a refund for my policy, I submitted all the necessary documents that they have requested but they never got back to me until I logged a complaint at which i have still not received the solution. I sent the documents on the 27th of May 2024 and up until now the 24 of June i still have not received what is due to me instead they just say my money is with the claims department or the actuaries and say i will receive my money within 48 hours but after those hours i receive nothing. At one point i was told that i will not get a refund by one of the agents which led to me cancelling my policy and after i cancelled i received a call from one of the agents saying i will get my refund of R1500 and then after 48 hours i called and they said i will get a refund of R1800.72 even now as i am typing this i am very much dissapointed.
