I have 3 cats who always love the Pampers wet food in sachets. Until, I opened a sachet and found green goo instead of the usual food. My entire kitchen was stinking as though something had died. I immediately removed the food and tied it up in a bag, and sent a complaint to Pampers via their website(who are now actually Martin and Martin) I received no response and then decided to send them an email with all pics attached. Still no response so I followed up. Thabo rep**** requesting pics which were already attached. Eventually, after sending them multiple mails, they rep**** as follows: Still no acceptance that they could have messed up in the process.... We have strict measures in place and commit to ensure a damage free pouch reaches the customer however, storage / transportation damages can occur which is sometimes out of our control. In addition to the above-mentioned, it is important to note that we at Martin & Martin consider complaints as significant and serious. We prioritize food safety and quality of our products.
