I buy pamper saucy chicken mince for my cat. So I buy st least 20 tins a month. All previous tinder had a jelly tipe fat on top but then I bought this month 6 to find that there is a total difference in texture and colour. Yesterday bought 3 more find that it is watery and my cat does not want to eat it. I would like to know why would you put out a product that changes so drastic and smells

I have 12 cats and all of them got sick from the Pampers Jelly sachets. This is the second time it happend, when I send them a complaint the first time, the response was that they are actively working on it and they will provide an update if they have one. This was Sept 2024. When I tried the product again in Dec the outcome was even worse, with all 12 cats getting sick. I send a complaint again. My cats used to love the product but not anymore

I have 12 cats and all of them got sick from the Pampers Jelly sachets. This was Sept 2024. When I tried the product again in Dec the outcome was even worse, with all 12 cats getting sick. I send a complaint again. My cats used to love the product but not anymore

So disappointed in this company. Making money off people promoting a competition to buy vat food to enter. Winners were to be announced 31 July on their socials and up to today NOTHING. I am not saying i was hoping to be a winner but life it tough and they make people fall for this ****. SIES MAN

I have 3 cats who always love the Pampers wet food in sachets. Until, I opened a sachet and found green goo instead of the usual food. My entire kitchen was stinking as though something had died. I immediately removed the food and tied it up in a bag, and sent a complaint to Pampers via their website(who are now actually Martin and Martin) I received no response and then decided to send them an email with all pics attached. Still no response so I followed up. Thabo rep**** requesting pics which were already attached. Eventually, after sending them multiple mails, they rep**** as follows: Still no acceptance that they could have messed up in the process.... We have strict measures in place and commit to ensure a damage free pouch reaches the customer however, storage / transportation damages can occur which is sometimes out of our control. In addition to the above-mentioned, it is important to note that we at Martin & Martin consider complaints as significant and serious. We prioritize food safety and quality of our products. I had been buying Pampers cat food for 2 years for my cat and about 8 months ago I bought a bag that made my cat throw up every time he ate it. I contacted Pampers sent them multiple emails with photos of the poor quality and all i received was this: Thank you for contacting us with your concern regarding your recent purchase of our Pamper cat food. We constantly strive to achieve the highest quality standards, and all our products are carefully tested to ensure they are effective, safe and easy to use. Extensive trials are carried out before any product is issued for general sale. Please kindly be advised that your complaint will be logged and forwarded to our Quality Assurance Department. Needless to say I do not buy their range of food anymore and I tell everyone about my story especially when I see someone in the shops buying their products. They have become the most expensive cat food but the quality is ****. I still have the full bag of cat food and I am still waiting to hear back from them. I would like a full refund and you can have your bag of food back.

We sent in our complaint in October 2023. We purchased pampers cat sachets, where there was a strange substance in the food, our cats got sick and had to be taken to a vet and post this our cats refused to eat pampers. Since October 2023 we have no real response or feed back. Shocking service and client services.

Customer support is a disgrace - ignoring you on social media and emails. I complained on the 17th of October 2023 about pouches of food that had white worms or something in it, all 12 pouches in the box had to be thrown away as Pampers just dont care to explain what it is. They then phoned me 2 weeks ago after i sent about 5 messages again saying they will send some new products asked for my delivery address and that was the last.delivered. havent recieved anything.
