I placed a order with Adidas online store (www.adidas.co.za) on the 23rd April 2025. Up until today Adidas is telling me that my order doesn't pop on their system. The order number i supp**** them (AZA02993960) to follow up on this order is the one stipulated on their website when the order was confirmed however yesterday when i spoke to a consultant again he said he can check under the name used when i placed the order and he picked up order AZA02993959. He also confirmed that he sees the amount of R1614.15 and said there was a glitch in your system. REFERENCE NUMBER TO THAT CALL WAS A4499209 DATED 6 MAY 2025 AND I SPOKE TO RITVIK. I want my money back – Adidas has NO RIGHT to withheld my money. Specially after sending the bank statements and the letter from my bank confirming that the money was processed by the merchant. I have sent them my bank statement and letter from the bank confirming that the payment was processed by Adidas on the 25th April 2025.

So disappointed in this company. Making money off people promoting a competition to buy vat food to enter. Winners were to be announced 31 July on their socials and up to today NOTHING. I am not saying i was hoping to be a winner but life it tough and they make people fall for this ****. SIES MAN
This is one useless company....I am trying to become a customer of their's but one doesnt get feedback via e-mail nor do they answer the ****** phones!!!pathetic
I bought a 4 slice DEFY toaster from this company on the 29th September and it was delivered to me on Monday 9th October via Courier. The box was securely wrapped in bubble wrap and the toaster itself was securely places in Styrofoam to prevent it from getting damaged. When i saw how it wrapped i was at ease. My nightmare started when i opened the box, removed the Toaster from the Styrofoam to witness that i received a DENTED toaster, filled with allot of sc****s and disgusting finger prints on them. I laid my complaint on their whatsapp number provided on their website and was advised to wait because they need to consult with higher management and head office....took them 2 days to come back to me. I am now being told that this is a brand new toaster and not a demo and want to offer me a lousy R100 coupon!!!
I am new to platinum life but for the short I’m here I’m sure it will remain at a 5 start rating because the staff are so super friendly, caring and patient. Will highly recommend them. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I am having the worst experience with MIBFA I carry no knowledge of how to handle things after the sudden passing of my dad a month ago. You phone numerous times and you end up speaking to some insensitive RUDE jerk. I have also been e-mailing Angelique Jackson various times and she POINT BLANK ignores the e-mails. I see reviews left for MIBFA and gives some sort of consolation that I am not alone. I notice that all people are treated like ****s trying to claim from their loved ones hard earned money.
Telkom's communication to their customers are pathetic. I app**** for a upgrade 2 weeks ago and i haven't heard back from them since. Had a lengthy call with one of the agents doing the deal and now nothing. I have been phoning to chase and decided to stop because this is not my duty to do so. For a long standing customer i am not impressed
To whom it may concern I have made endless calls with Cell C regarding a new contract I wish to cancel and NO ONE has been able to assist me with this matter or give me positive feedback!! I app**** for a cell c contract for a Samsung A8 tablet but I was also unaware that my husband also app**** for a contract at Vodacom for my son and it was senseless him having two devices and we decided to keep the Vodacom as an Apple I pad is what he always wanted. I then called Cell C to book a courier to collect from me and the device was indeed collected on the 31 March 2023 and delivered to the warehouse on the 3 April @ 13h41. Up until today I have been calling Cell C to always end up talking to an *********** person which pushes ones blood pressure up because 1 you can’t make out what they are saying, 2 the insist on asking me for an RMA/RME number (not sure which is the correct one because their pronunciation is NOT clear) and 3 to keep on asking me to call back either by the end of each day or next day which I have been doing! Please when you hire someone make sure that your staff can speak either properly. I took the liberty of calling RAM myself this morning after endless and senseless calls to Cell C and RAM says they never heard of an RMA/RME number and made me more upset because what now??? How do I go about cancelling for this tablet which I never even opened and never activated??? I will not have my account debited for something never got to use. I will be taking this full complaint to Hello Peter because your service to customers are pathetic…
