Collected a new router from rain store yesterday, was told it would be activated within a few hours, waited about 6 hours then phoned to enquire, then i was told it would take up to 24hours, no explanation as to what the issue is, today again i made 3 calls to rain and was told again to wait another 24 hours! Recieved an email saying it will take up to 48 hours to activate the router. Stay clear from Rain. Terrible customer service and no rush to assist customers
This new app is terrible to say the least, my tv no longer supports this new app. I am trying to cancel my subscription but this too seems impossible as nothing is working on the new app. I was told to watch showmax on my phone until i upgrade my tv! I will not purchase a new tv to watch showmax.
Customer support is a disgrace - ignoring you on social media and emails. I complained on the 17th of October 2023 about pouches of food that had white worms or something in it, all 12 pouches in the box had to be thrown away as Pampers just dont care to explain what it is. They then phoned me 2 weeks ago after i sent about 5 messages again saying they will send some new products asked for my delivery address and that was the last.delivered. havent recieved anything. <p>CHANGED MY NETWORK TO FNB AS THEY HAD THE BEST PRICES ON DATA. HAD NO PROBLEM AND WAS HAPPY UNTIL THEY DECIDED TO SAY THAT THE PRICES ON DATA WAS A PROMOTION, IT WAS NEVER ADVERTISED AS A PROMOTION. THEY ALSO DID NOT TELL ME THAT THE PRICES WERE ON PROMOTION WHEN I APPLIED FOR THE SIM SWOP. FNB DATA PRICES WAS JUST A SCAM TO WASTE PEOPLES TIME TO CHANGE TO THE NETWORK. IF I HAD KNOWN I WOULD NEVER HAVE CHANGED NETWORKS. THANKS FOR NOTHING FNB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU WASTED MY TIME AND LIED TO THE CONSUMER. </p>
<p>i Ordered two items from the online store, paid extra courier fees to have it delivered next day, waited for courier to contact me regarding delivery, had to phone couriers 10times to fight as they had many excuses as to why they could not deliver. Then had the same problem sending back one item for return, logged a return on the 08-10-2016 waited until the 11th for them to collect after numerous calls and complaints to superbalist about the poor service from couriers, it is now 6 days later and the superbalist warehouse is still inspecting the item? I contacted superbalist this morning again trying to find out when i will be refunded, asked for a manager to call me,,,,,,, still waiting!!!!!!</p>
