I had been buying Pampers cat food for 2 years for my cat and about 8 months ago I bought a bag that made my cat throw up every time he ate it. I contacted Pampers sent them multiple emails with photos of the poor quality and all i received was this: Thank you for contacting us with your concern regarding your recent purchase of our Pamper cat food. We constantly strive to achieve the highest quality standards, and all our products are carefully tested to ensure they are effective, safe and easy to use. Extensive trials are carried out before any product is issued for general sale. Please kindly be advised that your complaint will be logged and forwarded to our Quality Assurance Department. Needless to say I do not buy their range of food anymore and I tell everyone about my story especially when I see someone in the shops buying their products. They have become the most expensive cat food but the quality is ****. I still have the full bag of cat food and I am still waiting to hear back from them. I would like a full refund and you can have your bag of food back.
I keep getting sms's for someone else and this is getting really annoying. I have told them multiple times to lose my number but they just keep on phoning ans sms'ing me. This so called company is so unprofessional its scary to see where we are heading in this country 😡
