I was turned away at Clicks Sandton City for my vitality assessment because when I book on their app it wasn’t showing, so I drive to Clicks. Only to be told about other people that were there before me who had similar issue? But I’m here now so why am I told to go home coz I’ll be booked in the next hour? So I must drive back again after being physically there? Why can’t you assist me now?
I ordered wings, drove to pick up order and only to get home and it’s fried wings. So I call the store to let them know that the lady that helped, has given me fried wings instead of grilled. I get told “she’s off” meanwhile I was just there and she handed me my food. So I am already annoyed by this lie, till finally she comes to the phone, and she tells me that they don’t make grilled wings anymore that’s why I got fried. I ask if she didn’t see the need to tell me if their menu has slightly changed? And she just says she will make it and I must drive back again or come tomorrow. They can keep the wings, I’ll buy them elsewhere
I’m so tired of KFC Melrose actually. That’s why I’ve decided to come here. I go via drive thru to place an order, as I was welcome to place an order, mid placing the order I get rudely interrupted and told to go to next window. I do so. Only to get to 2nd window there’s 2 people having a nice chat facing their back to me. After realising they will not attend to me, I go to the 3rd window. Where I find the lady who was taking my order with 4 colleagues having a nice chat. I get told what “my order” but I say I wasn’t done ordering, and you said I must come to next window. That same window that had two people facing their back to me. She says “she meant this window” I ask then why are you confirming my order that I didnt even complete? She says she was helping the car behind me. Maybe it makes sense to you, but to me it doesn’t. Anyway I decided to just come into the store so that I will pay since speedpoints aren’t working for Drive thru. Another inconvenience. Thank God for Margaret that helped me inside the store coz she was sweet and gave good service unlike all her colleagues that were standing at every window chatting and not getting our orders right.
