How can they fail to do basic forecasting? We been sitting here for about 15 minutes in the drive through queue then one of the staff comes out to tell us there will be a further 5 minute delay on the chicken. Guys if the person who owns this franchise does not want to run it properly please close it instead of subjecting us to this poor substandard service. Employ enough staff to run your joint please. This is bad bad service.

Good morning kfc On Friday morning I went to KFC at Melrose crossing around 7h10 to buy my kids food for school ,when I got there the doors where 😬 LOCKED 🔐 DRIVE TRU had Cones to show that it was not operating.Went out of my car knocked at window asked them when do they open they said 7h00 am checking the time it was 7h20 waiting for helping. Today on 1 September 2025 had to go Tru the same frustration where they drive Tru it takes 20 minutes to get your food it's not even Rush hour they were 4 cars waiting patiently Thru the drive thru one lady at the back was busy with her phone the lady who was selling the food for us is the same lady who packed the food for us were else the other one was busying on the phone . I asked where the manger they said ukhona and her name is Ntombi. Please trainer the staff at Melrose for quick services . Cashier was 76:Lerato Trans 445854: Doc IN20031004424735

I ordered via Uber Eats and the driver left with my food, KFC didn’t care all they told me was to deal with Uber. I ordered food because I was hungry, instead of them asking about the driver they told me to wait for uber eats to open respond. The driver is Thembisani LB80YGGP.

I’m so tired of KFC Melrose actually. That’s why I’ve decided to come here. I go via drive thru to place an order, as I was welcome to place an order, mid placing the order I get rudely interrupted and told to go to next window. I do so. Only to get to 2nd window there’s 2 people having a nice chat facing their back to me. After realising they will not attend to me, I go to the 3rd window. Where I find the lady who was taking my order with 4 colleagues having a nice chat. I get told what “my order” but I say I wasn’t done ordering, and you said I must come to next window. That same window that had two people facing their back to me. She says “she meant this window” I ask then why are you confirming my order that I didnt even complete? She says she was helping the car behind me. Maybe it makes sense to you, but to me it doesn’t. Anyway I decided to just come into the store so that I will pay since speedpoints aren’t working for Drive thru. Another inconvenience. Thank God for Margaret that helped me inside the store coz she was sweet and gave good service unlike all her colleagues that were standing at every window chatting and not getting our orders right.
