I have been trying to get hold of you guys since Saturday, there is no direct line, agents don’t have empathy or sense of urgency. All I get is that my query is logged but I haven’t received a call from a technician. Guys this is not on.
I ordered via Uber Eats and the driver left with my food, KFC didn’t care all they told me was to deal with Uber. I ordered food because I was hungry, instead of them asking about the driver they told me to wait for uber eats to open respond. The driver is Thembisani LB80YGGP.

I have been with Cell C for years now and yesterday they decided to block my number without communication.
I was left on hold for long after I enquired about my billing
I got old flowers delivered today, the lady that dropped them didn’t even call me she left them with the lady at the reception.
I would actually give them a zero, I spoke to Lindiwe (agent) then Bridget (supervisor) she even offered me her work email address but she hasn’t got back to me.
My mom is on Debit order which went off yesterday however her services are disconnected and we have called DSTV and they can’t explain why we are disconnected and not debited. Last agent hung up on me after asking for speak to a manager
