Unfixed T.V
I would like to encourage people to stop buying furniture and appliances at FAIRPRICE DOBSONVILLE... I had recently purchased a smart tv hisense 58",6 month down the line it went blank, took it back to the store, they said they will fix it, this is all happening in june 2024,July now i made a follow they said theres some parts that sre short, they are still busy with it, August follow up, they are still busy, September i went there at the store, to ask what's happening, they said the tv is at the technicians, i asked for the Tech's number, called him and he said the T.V is not with him, it is at the store, i ask the guy who was assisting us to go look for the T.V he then found it, they didn't even attempt to fix my T.V and they said they is nothing they can do, I took my T. V BACK... IM SO ANGRY, IV SPENT SO MUCH MONEY BUYING THAT T.V,fairprice sells broken things and they don't even attempt to help or assist clients

Hisense T.v Repairs
I bought i Smart TV hisense 58"in 2023 September, now my TV is showing Blank white screen,i sent it for repair but they said they wont fix it,apparently ****roaches are the reason why its showing blank...but how do i protect my T.V from ****roaches,why are they not Making protective measures for pests knowing their warranty does not apply on pests damages...this has to be the worst experience,that T.V is still new,i spent alot on that TV....Im not happy at all
